Rooted in Christ’s Love ministries is a Christian ministry registered with the state of Texas and approved by the IRS as an exempt 501(c)3 public charity. ID: 41-2287715
It is the mission and purpose of Rooted in Christ’s Love Ministries to expand our Christian ministry that encourages others in their personal faith journey. Our desire is to see lives transformed and create hope for the future. Focusing on marriage as well as other groups to provide guidance and education with places of solitude, activities of team building, guided study, scholarship, and self-assessment; all with the ultimate goal to live a life of fulfillment, joy, and purpose.
We are based in Waxahachie, Texas and governed by a board of directors which consists of:

Founders Story
Having served as a Physician and Teacher for over two decades, we the founders (Randy and Courtney Leach) have seen firsthand the need for strong families in our community. We have ministered to families and youth through small and large group studies in our home, leaders of our local school Fellowship of Christian Students, leading and teaching in various church ministries, coordinated outreach for veteran and homeless communities, and organized encouragement to various under-appreciated groups like custodians, maintenance staff, and first responders. Our credentials of being a medical physician with extensive counseling experience and a teacher/counselor with advanced degree in Master of Christian Counseling have equipped us to be uniquely suited for community ministry.
Our Programs
Marriage ministry through Rooted in Christ’s Love Ministries will extend beyond the walls of specific churches and into the community, allowing further encouragement to a wider range of needs. The foundational relationship of a family begins with the marital union. A strong biblical marriage leads to strong family units that results in wider cultural appreciation and empathy, stronger emotional management skills, and improved societal interaction skills. Through Rooted in Christ’s Love Ministries, we provide education, guidance, and spiritual support to couples that are navigating the hardships of marriage. We accomplish this by providing opportunities for reflection, structured activities, collaboration and shared discussion, and equipping couples with lasting solutions for successful marriage through workshops, conferences, and retreats.
Other purposes of Rooted in Christ’s Love Ministries will include guided study, scholarship, and self-assessment with the aim of helping teachers, pastors, and young adults/students find opportunities for personal growth and community service. This would include serving meals to those who are food insecure, donating supplies to local veteran and homeless groups, organizing supplies for low-income families, and providing resources to embark on their education or missional journey.
